A technician would like to find the concentration of a NaOH solution using KHP as the primary standard. The reaction of NaOH and KHP is as followed:
KHC8H4O4 (aq) + NaOH (aq) --> KNaC8H4O4 (aq) + H2O (l)
Given that 10.40 mL of NaOH is required to react completely with 20.0 mL of 0.200 M KHP solution, what is the concentration of the NaOH solution?
