A parking space with a handicap symbol in the middle is something we see every day. But this Handicap parking spot has this written in it: "Every 48 seconds a drunk driver makes another person eligible to park here." written direction under the handicap symbol. this ad is in black and white. People who drink and drive often don’t think of the repercussions you or the person injured from the accident that they are having to live with. Most people just assume its straight death, I would like to focus on the effects of this issue.(just a hint while responding to these questions)
