What is motivating her as an entrepreneur

I am looking for a short paper (Minimum 3 pages & max of 10 pages) that answers some straightforward questions. The three key questions are:

1. Whether you would invest in this business (along with your decision logic). What is motivating her as an entrepreneur? Is she a "good" entrepreneur? How do you definition her initial and prospective target markets? How valuable, defensible, and scalable is her business?

2. What is your financial analysis that supports your decision? What are the key numbers that drive your decision? What is your expected return? What would you recommend to her as an adviser or board member to improve returns?

3. How would you approach this opportunity? How would you determine customer interest, what would be your key assumptions, and what are the cheapest ways you can determine to test those assumptions?

Please include some quantitative analysis of market opportunity, cashflow breakeven requirements, and a rough expected return
