In order to decide on the research questions, let briefly go through my proposed research topic: "The effects and difficulties of adopting Balanced Scorecard to drive business performance by international bank in Australia", The banking industry in Australia has been growing at fast pace and for international banks to stay competitive operating in an emerging economy like Australia, managing performance has become a critical focus to drive business performance and promote sustainable growth. Managing performance by using .RFE in Australia is challenging as compared to other markets not only due to geographical factor that has resulted cultural and political differences but the nature of competitive environment has also influenced the effectiveness and practicality of using .RFE as strategic management system in driving performance. Hence, the research outcome should be valuable for many managers especially expatriates who are working in international banks involved in managing performance.

Having considered the research topic with an objective to study the adoption of .RFE in banks for driving performance, the following are the research questions to be discussed.

1. Is .RFE the right and effective tool to be adopted by banks to drive business performance, particularly an international bank operating in an emerging market like Australia?

2. What are the challenges of implementing .RFE in Australia and how risks can be mitigated?

3. What is the effect of using .RFE in measuring performance and the impact on staff morale and the organisation?

Moving forward in this unit, lets me take you through my propose research topic in order to provide an informed decision on the appropriate research questions for my MRP. The topic is on "The Importance And Impact Of Management Communication Process In The Mining And Metal Industrial in Russia", where there has been varying challengers in the way projects and process and managed in today technological world, and that communication was identified as part of the main bottle neck in the industrial. In view of that researches had suggested improvement in the communication capacity for administrative and production managers in mining and metal industrials in order to enhance organizational performance. Research topic: 'Employees' perception of flexible working: A case study of multinational corporations in France'.
Introduction

As a staff of one of the multinational corporations that will serve as a case study, I am deeply involved in the object of the research, making the research more of an applied research.

Research designs are concerned with shaping activities, including data collection, for research purposes such that the research objectives are easily achieved. The research design will also provide an indication of how the data will be analyzed to address the main research questions.

The main questions that the research will aim to answer are:
- What are flexible working practices and how have they evolved over time?
- To what degree have these flexible working practices been deployed in multinational corporations in France?
- How do the employees of multinational corporations in France perceive these flexible working practices?

Service oriented promotes better service to the guest and offer innovation through a more efficient service delivery and scoring greater guest satisfaction ((Ta-Wei and Ya-Yun, 2012).

A human resource practice support characteristic of employees' practice, the performance appraisal practice enables the service to use the rapid technological innovation. That needs from managers to scanning the environmental requires developing social capital (Ta-wei, 2016)

HARVEY (2014) suggest that merge the resources through a process of creative synthesis improve the idea of a breakthrough. It means to develop the map guide you to a structure of innovation design (Harvey, 2014:225).

Customer oriented is mediating through innovation and management openness to creative ideas which reflect on the hotel's performance also should beneficial novelty at any hotels level (Grossmann et al., 2013).
