Situation, two co-workers are working in cubicles next to each other. Helen has all her books on the ground and their workspace is interrupting the other co-worker, Jake. Jake asked Helen if she could clean up and Helen replies back that she doesn't have the time to do so.

In the situation, what conflict styles (contending, yielding, inaction, problem-solving, or compromising) did each employee present? If you were Chris, how would you proceed?
