An amplifier with an open-circuit voltage gain of -1000 and an output resistance of 100 Ω feeds a resistive load of 900 Ω. Negative feedback is provided by connection of a resistive voltage divider across the output and one-fiftieth of the output voltage fed back in series
with the input signal. Determine the voltage gain with feedback. What percentage change in the voltage gain with feedback would be produced by a 50 per cent change in the voltage gain of the basic amplifier due to a change in the load? The loading effect of the feedback network can be neglected.
