Mr. James an owner of Superstar Supermarket advertises in the local newspapers that there is a vacancy for the post of manager. It stated that the salary for the position is around RM2,000 per month.

Mrs. Samantha enters to Superstar Supermarket and selects some canned food which is stated ‘offer price now is only RM1 per canned food'. She puts it into her shopping trolley.

Explain whether the advertisement made by Mr James is an offer to a contract and also explain is there a valid contract been made between Mrs Samantha and Superstar Supermarket.
