Prepare a discussion/exercise for classmates based on the theory of Transtheoretical Model (TTM) and Precaution Adoption Process Model (PAPM). Facilitators must be creative and may choose among different formats but it must be interactive and NOT a presentation. The practical application of the theoretical concepts should be the focus of the exercise. Some examples are:

1. An in-depth discussion of the articles. You could assign certain parts of the article to your classmates in groups with questions to answer and discuss, such as strengths and weaknesses of the research/program, application/generalizability to other scenarios, etc. How the researchers used the particular theory must be included.

2. An in-depth discussion of the theory itself. Students could be given questions regarding aspects of the arrticle. Students could also be assigned to create research questions or programs or policy that would be based on the theory.

3. Application to a specific case/problem. Students could be given a scenario or health problem (or different scenarios per group), such as a statistic of rising incidence of HIV in Blacks, and need to use the theory as a framework to create a program that would address the problem.
