Your company ACE Construction has been struggling financially but things may be turning around. You have the opportunity to win the bid on a large multi-year contract. This would keep your company in business for many years and also secure financing for some much needed investment into new equipment. You are in a head-to-head battle with your arch competitor, Acme Enterprises.

One of your co-workers approaches you. He has recently joined your company after having worked for Acme for several years.

He tells you, "I was going through my home office and noticed that I inadvertently kept all my former records on Acme’s bids. It includes financial information as well as their clear cost standards. Would you like me to bring my notes to the office tomorrow and let you look through them?" Should you take the insider information from this co-worker so it can be used against Acme or not? Explain your answer.
