The Outline to the Applied Final Lab Project which is "The Effect of Low pH on Enzyme Activity".

The Final Lab Project is "The Effect of Low pH on Enzyme Activity". Recall that in Lab 4 you learnt that enzyme activities can be affected by Temperature and pH, among others. In Lab 4 you demonstrated the effect of temperature; in the Final Applied Lab you will demonstrate the effect of pH.
