Consider the following scenario:
You have been employed as a supply chain consultant by an organisation that wishes to set up a new operation to manufacture jeans trousers in Asia and supply to retailers in Western Europe. You are required to prepare a 1,500-word report presenting a design of the proposed supply chain. Your supply chain should extend from the base suppliers to the consumers. As part of your design, you are expected to identify possible locations (country and city only) for the proposed manufacturing operation and justify your choice. In addition, you should identify the risks associated with the supply chain you have designed.
