Safety programs may accomplish their purposes in two primary ways: focusing on unsafe employee actions or unsafe working conditions.

Design a basic safety program of your choice addressing one of the focuses/purposes and demonstrate how the program would fit into a company's overall Employee Safety, Health, and Wellness strategies.

Select an idea from any of the topics on Employee Safety, Health, and Wellness covered in your reading.

Explain the focus of the design of the safety program.
