My name is Trudy and I am a human resource professional. My interest in HR comes from my passion to help people. I enjoy connecting, coaching and providing feedback to people so they can grow their careers. My professional experience includes two years’as an HR Assistant where I was responsible for recruiting, screening and onboarding new hires as well as supporting the HR Manager with more complex tasks. This experience helped me develop many of the skills I learned when completing my Applied Human Resource Management Certificate with the University of Manitoba’s Extended Education department.

One accomplishment I am very proud of was the development of an online training program to help introduce new employees to the company. To do this, I developed orientation videos, health and safety certifications and policy review forms that helped the company onboard new staff in a quick and consistent manner.
