Strategic Review
In this assessment you will be required to write a review on a specific area of the firm's performance.
You an area e.g. marketing and you are required to write a succinct, (500 - 800 words) but comprehensive review and analysis of your firm's management performance in that area over the last six years of operations.
You must examine the success or otherwise of the area's design score indicators nominated and you will need to explain how the decisions and actions taken in that area assisted (or otherwise) to the overall success of the firm's strategy implementation.
This can be done in a number of different ways e.g. comparison against competitors and/or comparison of performance against what you set out in the strategic plan.
Do not attempt to cover all aspects of performance. Concentrate on the aspects of performance that you consider more important, and ignore, or write only a small amount on the less important areas. This review should also identify problems in this areas that will need to be addressed going forward.
Summarize the importance of the purchasing functions and how they can contribute to the profitability of a firm.
What are the systematic, corporate and individual issues raised by this case? If not then what?
Can you think of some examples where you would use either quantitative data or qualitative data over the other?
Define the strategic plan for your McDonald's

Identify how your company uses forecasting for purposes of capacity planning.
