Ltd.

After the first three months of operating the business, Steph Curry was approached by Klay Thompson who thought the business was an excellent idea. He asked to be a part of the business. He loaned Curry $500,000.00 to help buy inventory. Curry accepted the money. Curry never discussed this development with Green or James.
