You wonder if survey response rates would increase significantly from your current rate of 14% if you changed the time you send out your surveys. You take a random sample of 100 customers and send out the survey one day after purchase. You find out that the new survey response rate is 17%. State the null and alternative hypotheses. Be as specific as possible.
