Bottles of Coca-Cola are supposed to contain 16 ounces of drink. An inspector measures 20 bottles and finds that the mean content is 15.94 ounces with a standard deviation of 0.3 ounces. At a=0.01, can the inspector claim that the mean weight is less than 16 ounces? State the hypothesis and the decision rule (using the critical value).
