The mass of a 150 ml beaker was determined to be 82.123 g. A sand- salt mixture was placed in the beaker and the mass of the beaker plus the mixture was determined to he 86.246 g. The mass of an evaporating dish was determined to be 35.678 g. Th mixture was separated by the procedure described in this experiment. The mass of the 150 ml beaker after heating to dryness waswas 83.956 g. The mass of the evaporating dish after heating to dryness was 38.892g. Perform the following

1- how many grams of mixture were used?
2- how many grams of sand were obtained?
3- how many grams of salt were obtained?
4- calculate the percentage of salt in the mixture based on the mass of sand recovered.
5- calculate the percentage of salt in the mixture based on the mass of salt recovered?
