In section one, you need to introduce and explain the background of a corporate of your choice. Information such as location, founder, year founded, would be included in this section.
In section two, you need to identify the stakeholders of the corporate.
In section three, you need to identify the unethical behavior of your chosen corporate.
In section four, you need to demonstrate how the unethical behavior of the corporate has affected its stake holders.
In conclusion, you need to demonstrate if the corporate was ever penalized as a result of its unethical behavior or not.
Also, what do you suggest to the management of the corporate, so that the corporate moves towards an ethical behavior?
