Write a review of the 2007 article "Cultural Values and International Differences in Business Ethics" by Scholtens, Bert and Dam, Lammertjan, Journal of Business Ethics.

Please summarize the topic of the paper and report the findings. Bring out at least three international differences in the resolution of ethical problems in business pointed out by the authors.
