All the requirements are in terms of both functional and non-functional. Use case diagrams are used to support the requirements mentioned. The Aspects addressed in this document includes the following

• Functional Requirements
• Non-Functional Requirements
• Methodology
• Tools and Techniques

The following aspects are out of scope in this document
• Mobile Application
• Inventory which includes equipment, animal food and medical supplies.

With an Objective to have a well-organized management in the zoo, the development of the web based application is proposed. This aims at fulfilling the following the aspects

• Well managed organization of the need of the animals which includes medications, feeding, care etc.
• Tracking of workers and volunteers involved in the zoo management that includes availability and work schedule.
• A Web based application in order to have an easy accessibility to all the employees.

System Requirements

This section elaborates the minimum system requirements needed to implement the proposed system. The system has following requirement components:
