Over the most recent year, the common shares paid a dividend of $0.25 per share and analysts have forecasted this dividend to grow at an average annual rate of 3% for the foreseeable future. The analysts have also stated that they believe that the shares will be selling at a price of $5.25 In one years time.

Circus has been advised by Its underwriters that flotation costs would be 6% before tax on any new bond issues and 4% after tax on new issues of common equity.
