Scenario 1: Anna was unmarried and had no children. However she did have a sister and a niece and nephew. executed a will that left her entire estate to her niece and nephew. When her niece died, Anna executed a new will that named her nephew as her sole beneficiary, specifically disinheriting her sister Brianna. At the time Anna executed the will, Brianna's ex-husband, Jeff, was living with Anna. After Anna died, Brianna filed a suit, claiming that the will was the product of undue influence on the part of her ex-husband. Several witnesses testified that Anna was mentally competent when she executed her will. Does undue influence appear likely based upon these facts? Explain your answer applying the law you learned and include any case law reference.

Scenario 2: Jennifer, a widow, did not have a close relationship with her biological family and she and her husband had no children. Upon the passing of her husband, Nick, she executed a will that left her entire estate to various charitable organizations, including the local domestic violence shelter, and specifically excluded her family. The attorney who drafted the will for her was specialized in wills and trusts and assured her it was done in accordance with the statutory requirements of the state in which she lived. When Jennifer died, her estate was worth $2.53 million. Carla, Jennifer's sister, objected to the will. They argued that it was invalid because Jennifer had not been of sound mind and that the funds should pass to her and the other relatives by intestacy. Should the will be declared void or valid?
