Read through ‘Historians Fallacies’ and choose one fallacy. Find a contemporary example of this fallacy. A good way to do this is to look at politicians’ statements, news reports, or opinion articles online or in print media. Post the example to the Historians’ Fallacies Discussion Page. Identify the fallacy you are describing (ie., the Baconian Fallacy from Historians’ Fallacies). Describe in one sentence where you found an example of this fallacy, providing a link to the source of the fallacy. Indicate in a few sentences why you think the contemporary evidence you cite is an example of this fallacy.
