ASSIGNMENT

You have undertaken to build a portfolio for an investor who has committed to invest EUR 1,000,000, with a transferrable rate to other currencies, of 40%. You will manage the portfolio by buying and selling on a weekly basis an asset class such as bonds, stocks, cash, ETFs, options, futures.

The asset classes should be equally weighted within the portfolio.

You are required to:

1. Clearly and in details provide the steps to be followed before starting to build your portfolio

2. Explain the reasons for investing in the specific assets and companies

3. Provide argumentations about the weekly transactions.

4. Provide an estimation of the performance and risk of your portfolio.
