The project has been made in a gas station that belongs to Areeky Group, which is a family owned organization established to develop and carry out industrial and commercial activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The gas station location is near to the main gate of KFUPM. It works 18 hours daily. The resources are: one worker, and 4 pumps, 2 of them are serving Octane 95 customers while 2 pumps are serving Octane 91 customers. The entities are the cars coming and filling their tanks with oil. The process is simple: when we have a car coming, it is either a 91-octane car or a 95- octane car. Once decided, we see if one of the two pumps is available. If available, the car gets served; if not, the car joins the queue. The processing times are given in appendix 1. The objective of your simulation is to visualize the real system and trying to build a very similar model to the reality. It is also desirable to come up with some alternatives to improve the system.
