You should now start preparing for the Applied Final Lab Project itself. This project is based entirely on Lab 4 (Enzymes). While Experiment 2 of Lab 4 is "The Effect of Temperature on Enzyme Activity", the Final Lab Project is "The Effect of Low pH on Enzyme Activity". Recall that in Lab 4 you learnt that enzyme activities can be affected by Temperature and pH, among others. In Lab 4 you demonstrated the effect of temperature; in the Final Applied Lab you will demonstrate the effect of pH.
