INSTRUCTIONS:

Using Turbo Tax please prepare a Form 1040 and all required schedules using the data provided.

o You may access Turbo Tax online and print a free Federal Tax Return, or

o You may download Tax Act if you have a Microsoft operating system on your computer using McGraw Hill's Additional Student Resources. There should not be any charge (4) for this download.

Then, prepare and attach a one-page, one sided, typed, formal client letter; include the date, taxpayer name, address, city, state & zip code, salutation and formal closing signature line. Include three (3) specific tax recommendations and label them as 1), 2), & 3) within the body of the formal client letter.

Attach the 2015 Form 1040 to the formal typed client letter and include all required schedules and forms in ascending sequence order using a single paper clip in the top left corner, including all computer generated worksheets and schedules.
