A 35 year old woman with good antenatal care presents at 32 weeks gestation with elevated blood pressure. It is determined that she has preeclampsia and the baby is born by caesarean section. The baby is handed to you floppy and blue without any respiratory effort. You place the baby on the warmer and gently suction the mouth, then dry and stimulate the baby. The baby's heart rate is approximately 100 bpm. What other physical findings would you expect the baby to exhibit?
