Performance Improvement Models Each student is to demonstrate how an individual or team can use the PI model to successfully plan, implement, and evaluate improvement initiatives. The student is to use the PI model to carry out a PI activity affecting his/her own life. The student is to prepare a report on how the model was used in his/her personal or work life.
