The topic of this solution is an overview of humanistic psychology. This is often thought of as the third of wave of modern psychology following psychoanalysis and behaviorism. This solution keys in on Carl Rogers "person centered" therapy and includes his theory on child development and self esteem. This overview includes Rogers believe in treating "clients" with unconditional postive regard. This solution explains Rogers theory and how it differs from psychoanalysis and behaviorism.
