You have been assigned to a project that is due to start immediately. As an experienced Project Manager you are concerned about the lack of planning that has taken place prior to the initiation of the project. Outline the planning issues that need to be addressed prior to the initiation of this (or any) project. Present this outline in the form of a proposal document. This proposal document will be circulated among the managing directors of the company. The proposal document should be approximately 2 - 3 pages in length.
