Attention, Retention, Reproduction, and Motivation are the four factors that influence an individual learning a behavior, according to Bandura. How does these factors work in someone's behaviors? I'm a little confused when thinking of my own behaviors. Does anyone out there understand how this works? If possible could you provide an example for each factor?
