"Work has always been central to human existence, though its content as well as its meaning for individuals and their societies continue to change and evolve as historical, technical, an economic circumstances change."(Klein 2008, p.1) From my view, the work means using the strengths and ability to achieve the required outcome which gives the satisfaction in return.

There is no doubt that main reason why people work is money in order to ensure the sustaining life. However what motivates me more is the constant progress reflected in the results, recognition, trust from managers, supportive and friendly working environment. From my previous experience, I can say that set up target which needs to be meet by employees and enjoying the accomplishment of the task are also good motivators. If the employee enjoys the job itself, the results and self-motivation increase.

I would define the productive day as successful completion of multiple essential tasks without losing time on unimportant things. The productivity is reflected on the results of the employees which can be the motivational factor. I believe that existence of motivational work environment during the organizational change can be beneficial for managers in form of productive employees. Involvement of employees in the process change through higher integrity, proper communication and set up goals which are beneficial for both sites- company and employees can increase the motivation, productivity and adopt the new procedures smoothly.

The steps to improve processes thought managing people were expressed by Kline (2008, p.27): "agree that the old way was good for its time, but give concrete facts and examples of how conditions have changed. Finally, people need to understand their part in implementing change and how they will fit into the organization after change occurs."
