Have you ever felt that the things you were being held accountable for were not the greatest priorities? Perhaps, as a customer service rep, you were held more accountable for being late to your shift than for the number of customers that were satisfied by your work. Or as a nurse, the supplies you used were counted but not quality and accuracy of the medical records you handled. Why do you think this might be the case?
