Moderate amounts of conflict can be a constructive force in groups if the conflict is managed competently. When it is not, conflict can become destructive. The methods for managing conflict vary in complexity and skill. This means that a group member may consider his or her own capabilities when choosing a communication style to management conflict within their group. In this assignment, you will explore conflict and how to best communicate in situations of conflict.
