- It is a Content Management System that handles medical claims in a company
- There are a few functions including check claim balance, check claim history, locate nearest panel clinic from current location, and also make an appointment with panel clinic.
- There will be 3 kinds of login, CIMB Human Resource Department login, Panel Clinic Employee Login and CIMB Employee login.
- CIMB HR is in charge of entering employee's detail into the database. After they have logged in, they can only add employee, edit employee detail and delete employee.
- Panel Clinic can only update the claim balance and claim history made by the CIMB employees.
- CIMB Employee are the main users of this CMS. After they have logged in, they can check claim balance (together with check claim history), locate nearest panel clinic and also make appointment.
