Locate a recent criminal Supreme Court case you find interesting. This means the actual opinion of the court, not merely some article about the decision. Provide a brief summary and properly cite the case - the citation should be to the official reporter, not to Oyez or another unofficial source.Write a 800- to 900 -word paper in which you answer the following questions:-What interested you about this case?-What are the sources, purposes, and jurisdictions of the criminal law related to this case? -What is accomplice liability and criminal liability? How does it relate to the case?-What is the difference between the various elements of crime, including actus reus, mens rea, and concurrence? How do they relate to the case? You must base your analysis upon the Court's decision rather than an article about the opinion. The Supreme Court generally only accepts cases which are, in the opinion of four of the justices, likely to result in the reversal of the intermediate appellate court or state supreme court decision. So it can be about how the Court did so, it just has to be based upon the opinion; you can also use articles about it for background, but the point is to actually read a decision.
It should demonstrate a clear understanding of the topic and the relevant literature, concise written expression and evidence of extensive reading.
