Critique an organization's functional, divisional and corporate strategies. List each of the 3 levels of strategies for your organization and analyze. For example, are the strategies congruent? Do they each support each other? Explain. If not, critique the different strategies and explain why they aren't congruent and what may be done to bring them into alignment. If you are able to ascertain the organization's corporate strategy, make sure you include it. If not, critique the impact this has on the other levels of strategy.

If you don't have a functional strategy, create one and justify how it may be considered congruent with the divisional or corporate strategy.
