The Iannelli family went to Burger King for lunch one Saturday. As they were eating their meal, a group of teenagers entered the restaurant and proceeded to yell, scream, and swear. Some in the group stated to the patrons of the Burger King that they were “hammered.”  Mr.Iannelli, Mrs. Iannelli, and their three small children became frightened. Mr. Iannelli approached the group and asked that they leave the restaurant. At that point, one of the teenagers stood and struck Mr. Iannelli, knocking him to the ground. The Iannelli family wishes to sue the Burger King.

What tort or torts might be available to the Iannelli family?
