The social media debate is an ongoing discussion in the HR field. The primary question is:
Is it ethical for a typical employer to check personal information on social networking sites of its employees and job applicants, and make employment decisions based on this information?
One team will examine the benefits of social media in employment decisions. You will research the topic and present credible evidence to support your position. A list of sources, using proper APA format, must be provided.
