Recently, Facebook announced it's IPO (initial public offering), thereby making the privately held company able to be sold on the open market. Of course, there were shareholders that owned Facebook, but SEC requirements mandated that the company go public. For this week, I'd like you to research Facebook's IPO and get a little history on the reason behind the IPO.
