The result of my self-assesstment is Indirect- you tend to know what you want, but you rely on subtletly to convey your preferences. This can be a strength, because you aren't likely to offend people. However, don't be surprised if people sometimes fail to notice when you are upset. Research suggests that indirect communication works well for small concerns, but not for big ones. When the issue is important to you, step up to say.
