Then, think about your own personality and interaction style and tendencies. From these lists, pick at least one of these list items that you think is a personal strength of yours, and one that might be a weakness for you in negotiations.On the weakness for personal skills improvement that you noted, review page-2 of the reading. Also write down in the space provided for your answer any pieces of advice (referred to in the paper as “remedies”) you saw on page-2 that may help you improve.
