James goes to work for Tupac, Inc., a local construction company, as a salesperson. Tupac, Inc. provides James with a computer and internet connection as part of the job. James signs a bunch of employment forms when he starts work - one of them states that any communications on the company computer belong to the company, and no e-mails will be private. After James has been at the company for a couple of years, he sends out an e-mail to one of his friends, saying "the management here really sucks!" The next day, James is fired. When James tells his wife that he lost his job, she takes an overdose of painkillers and dies.
