Imagine, you are the CEO of the company Target, deliver a speech concerning the issues arising.

Imagine you are the CEO of a company TARGET.

You are concerned that the culture of your organization is not as trusting or as open as you would like and you believe that it is inhibiting creativity, innovation and change. You intend to correct that. Consequently, to kick-start the process, you're planning to deliver a Narrated Powerpoint speech to all of your employees worldwide.

This should be approximately 5 minutes in length (10 slides) and should have a clear, inspirational and aspirational vision, a transformational purpose, and identify the process for moving the company from where it is today to where you want it to be in the future.
