Strategic Innovation Paper

Identify a highly innovative non-food product or service offered in a foreign country that is hardly available in the US at all (but might nonetheless have the potential for being imported or implemented in the US). Once you have selected the innovation explain 1) why the product or service originated in the foreign country and not in the US, 2) to what extent its absence in the US represents a business opportunity, and 3) how you would specifically go about making money by bringing this innovation to the US.
