(10th Edition) New York: McGraw-Hill Book Company. ISBN: 978-0078112768), read the case study on Home Depot and answer the two questions at the end of the case. Use the internet to identify at least one other company that faced a similar issue, and compare the two companies - did they resolve things in a similar way, or using a different approach?
