You work for a health system that has 14 hospitals and 32 outpatient clinics. You will be responsible for working with a team of health professionals to track clinical errors, compile reports, establish best practices, and collaborate to provide training to health professionals at all levels. You will be working with an interdisciplinary team of various specialties, backgrounds, and personalities. This is a high visibility project as your CEO wants weekly reports on progress and based on the outcomes, you (along with two of your peers) will travel to the State capital to speak with several representatives on how to replicate your program.
