Final Presentation Guidelines

1. You will give a 5-7 minute presentation that summarizes your learning about your topic this semester and responds to your 2 research questions from week 1.

2. You should have 7 slides total. 1 - title slide. 2 - information 3-information 4-information 5-information. 6-conclusion slide 7- APA references slide.

3. Goals - Use the 5 resources you found in the library and online and the 2 resources you summarized and any other resources you have used this semester (like textbooks from your graduate class, homework assignments in your graduate class). Give a summary of all that you have learned about your research topic.

4. Goals - Ask and answer the 2 research questions you had from week 1.

5. Introduction - hook, then your research topic should be named.

6. Body - ask and answer the 2 research questions from week 1. Summarize your learning.

7. Conclusion - what are your future research goals in your graduate studies? 1 sentence summary on your learning about your topic. Witty line. Thanks

8. You should have a slide that has every source you used to present information in your speech referenced in APA format.

9. Because of the size of our class - we cannot do this IN the classroom. You will record your presentation in powerpoint and submit it on Moodle by October 15.
